Ayurvedic Nutrition
Ayurveda is rooted in ancient Hindu medicine, and considered "the science of yoga." Ayurvedic Nutrition with Julia entails aligning the mind and body according to its constitution through holistic nutrition and lifestyle. As needed, Ayurvedic nutrition can be incorporated into counselling, psychotherapy, and ISTP™ sessions, or can be offered as a stand-alone session.
